Contract 2 Close opened its doors in 2017 and since then we have successfully helped agents close over 2,500 transactions. We are here to fill the need for efficient and effective communication between real estate agents, vendors and clients. In our last 12 months we have had 97% of our agents paid at closing or the time of funding. Since we are locally owned and operated out of Lubbock, we are very familiar with the real estate markets and practices of Texas and New Mexico.
